HAPPY COOKING!!! <br /> <br />Ingredients:- <br />4 tbsp Oil <br />3 medium onions finely chopped <br />1 tsp garlic paste <br />1 tsp ginger paste <br />1 green capsicum finely chopped <br />3 tsp pav bhaji masala <br />2 tsp chilli powder <br />6 tomatoes finely chopped <br />1 cup of boiled peas <br />2 medium potatoes boiled <br />1 cup of cauliflower boiled <br />3 tbsp butter <br />Salt to taste <br />6 pav sliced in the center <br />2 medium onions finely chopped for garnish <br />½ cup coriander finely chopped <br />Wedge of a lemon <br /> <br /> <br />Method:- <br />1. Heat the oil and add the onions and sauté them till they turn translucent <br />2. Add the ginger and garlic paste and sauté further <br />3. Add the capsicum and mix well <br />4. Add the chilli powder and the pav bhaji masala and fry this for a minute <br />5. Add the tomatoes and sauté till it leaves oil <br />6. Add a tablespoon of butter <br />7. Add the boiled vegetables and mash it well <br />8. Add the butter and mix well and serve along with some finely chopped onions, coriander and lemon <br />9. Add some butter to the sliced pav and toss them on the pan and serve
